Before you register with our website and use all the service that is provided by Mottiz Corporation (''Mottiz''), make sure you read the Terms of Use stated below:

This Terms of Member's ID Agreement (the ''Agreement'') describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of Mottiz website which is identified by the uniform resource locator, http://www.mottiz.com/. This Agreement is entered into between you as the user of the website (''User'') and Mottiz.

1.1 Person who registers with the website must personally register. The substitution's registration is not permitted.

1.2 User should declare that the information they offer to Mottiz are accurate, current and complete, and won't give any false information when they register.

1.3 When there is any change in the user's information offered to Mottiz, please contact Mottiz promptly.

1.4 Please register a User name that is not used by another User. Mottiz may delete a member's User name, based on the member's using history or this Agreement, despite of deliberation or fault.

2.1 Users must take the whole responsibility of their own ID and Password. (Please keep your account ID and password secret.)

2.2 It is not allowed to share user's ID and password with a third party (individual or corporate) or give your ID or password to a third party.

2.3 Mottiz will never disclose user's password to a third party. Mottiz is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure and /or carelessness including appropriation, fraudulent use of your password.

Account Settings'', the users can update or change the information from their profile in www.mottiz.com.

Users can choose to Delete their Accounts cease from being members of mottiz.com and automated emails will be stopped. (If you registered to receive mail magazine from Mottiz, it will be stopped after your withdrawal of your User account.)

Mottiz does not take any responsibility for the damage that occurs because of the delay, interruption, and discontinuance of providing internet service.

Important

Mottiz uses user's information only for fulfilling user's requests for necessary service but does not disclose registered individual information to any third party without user's agreement or permission. However, it does not include the case if there is an indication claim under law. Mottiz does respond to legal requirements based upon applicable law.

As Member's ID user, the following activities are not allowed:

7.1 Give false information when register or edit profile information.

7.2 Use Member's ID and password illegally.

7.3 Use the service and/or the access of service provided by Mottiz for commercial purpose (Irrespective of the forms of User reproduction, the duplicate, copy, sales, and re-sales, etc.).

7.4 Violate Mottiz, our partner companies, manufacturers, shops and third party's copyright, trademark right, design, and all other intellectual property rights which are part and parcel of Mottiz.

7.5 Violate Mottiz, our partner companies, manufacturers, shops and third party's privacy.

7.6 Slander or abuse Mottiz, our partner companies, manufacturers, shops and third party (Including slandering act that doesn't correspond to defamation)

7.7 All acts of obstructing operation of this service.

7.8 Violate law and act of impairing customs of goodness or public order.

Even after user's registration has been cancelled, in the relation to Mottiz, user accepts the application of this agreement.

When User disadvantage or cause any damage to Mottiz, other Users, or the third party by an act against this Agreement or any illegal act, Mottiz will claim the damage from the user.

The copyright of all information and contents that have been described in the website belongs to Mottiz and the third party that obtains permission from Mottiz. The act of using, reproducing, and modifying without prior permission from Mottiz is prohibited.

-          All handling and services undertaken strictly at owner's risk,

-          Where a deposit is paid to reserve a car overseas, the balance must be paid within 3 days, failure to do so will result in forfeiting the deposit and the car(s) will be sold to another buyer.

-          The 'As is' condition means that vehicles are supplied in the exact state in which they are in. It is difficult to be 100% aware of everything right and wrong with each and every vehicle. We extend no guarantee or warranty what so ever, implied or otherwise concerning this.
